The Year of Gratitude…

GratitudeIs this a year of gratitude for you?

In 2014, I spent a lot of time in Lexington, KY where my parents live in an assisted living facility. And it’s been a fun, fulfilling experience getting to know several of the residents in their building. Many of them have severe health complications, yet those who thrive focus on the glass being “half full” (not empty). In other words, they live in gratitude, with thankfulness.

It has been a gentle reminder to live in gratitude and New Years is a perfect time to re-commit to this practice. What are you grateful for?
